I’ve lived the same challenges every office manager faces, long hours, tough conversations, and the constant balancing act of keeping a practice thriving.
Those experiences fueled my passion to create DOMC (Dental Office Managers Community) and DOMA (Dental Office Managers Alliance).
My mission is simple: to give office leaders the tools, training, and support they need to rise with confidence.
Because when managers rise, the entire practice grows.
