I Didn’t Start With a Title.
I Started With a Front Desk.
I didn’t come into dentistry with a roadmap or a leadership title. I came in through the front door, answering phones, making recall calls, and doing whatever needed to be done to keep the day moving.
I worked hard, stayed late, and carried responsibility that far exceeded my role. I watched practices grow while the people holding everything together quietly struggled behind the scenes.
That experience shaped everything I believe about leadership today.
Office managers are not just support staff. They are revenue drivers, culture carriers, and the operational backbone of the practice. When they are confident, trained, and supported, everything improves.

This mentorship is built around real experience, not theory. It’s for leaders who want clarity, confidence, and growth without burning out or losing themselves in the process.
I currently work with many office managers from within my own community. Supporting their growth, both professionally and personally, has become one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
This isn’t about fixing everything overnight. It’s about developing leaders who are ready for what’s next.
