I didn’t come into dentistry with a roadmap or a leadership title. I came in through the front door, answering phones, making recall calls, and doing whatever needed to be done to keep the day moving.
I worked hard, stayed late, and carried responsibility that far exceeded my role. I watched practices grow while the people holding everything together quietly struggled behind the scenes.
That experience shaped everything I believe about leadership today.
